                         Estate Plot Zoning

Estate plot zoning is a creator-only administrative function. Player-facing
estate help intentionally documents only valuation and purchase.

Commands:
  estate sell <direction> <base value in pence>
  estate unsell <direction>
  estate status [direction]

Sell validates and reserves a free mapped exterior coordinate beside the
current room, then installs the persistent wooden sale sign. Unsell withdraws
an available plot. Status inspects the available plot in one direction, or all
plots offered from the current room when no direction is supplied.

Valid directions are north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest,
west and northwest. The base value is the public approximate value before a
high mortal's bargaining discount is applied.
